General Foundation and Giving Information:

SLVRMC Foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation governed by a board of directors

• 100 % of donations go to the designated project
• No operating costs or staff costs are subtracted from the donation (not many, if any, other nfp’s can make this statement)

We are currently supporting the following projects:

• Electronic Medical Records
• The Center for Excellence in Healthcare Education - Projected start date late 2008
• Acquiring properties for hospital expansion

We are Enterprise Zone Accredited

• This is an additional Colorado tax credit of about 25%

The foundation has supported the following projects:

• Stephanie L. Miner Women’s Imaging Center completed in October, 2006
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit completed in July, 2004
• Oncology/Infusion Unit completed in August, 2006
• New upgraded MRI Unit installed March of 2007
• Acquiring in-kind support for building projects
• Over 4 million dollars in grant monies brought in since late 2005
