Pension
Hospital pays entire contribution, at the rate of 6%
or gross annual income. Employee enrolls after 2
years of service and is 100% vested.
Employees
who work 1000 hours per year are eligible for enrollment.
FICA
SLVRMC pays 7.5% of each employee’s annual salary.
Tax Deferred Annuity
Retirement plan that the employees contribute to on a pre-tax
basis, all employee eligible upon date of hire.
Paid Days Off (PDO)
Less than 5 years employment, earn 168 hours/year (21 days).
Over 5 years employment earn 208 hours/year (26 days) up to
a maximum
of 240/hours.
