Experience in Microsoft SQL database management with demonstrable experience with stored procedures and performance tuning are a must. Internal Medicine

  • Physician:As a member of the hospital’s medical staff, perform medical services in the specialty of Internal Medicine. Diagnose, prevent and treat diseases that affect adults. Assist the hospital in its Diabetes Education Empowerment Program. Participate in third-party and managed-care contracts consistent with hospital’s contracting requirements. Maintain a practice that is open to new patients, including Medicare and Medicaid patients, and patients governed by other third-party payors as reasonably determined by hospital. Provide services to patients regardless of patient’s ability to pay or demonstrate financial ability and regardless of race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin or handicapping condition. Prepare, complete and maintain patient medical records in a timely fashion in conformance with generally accepted professional and hospital policies and procedures regarding the preparation and maintenance of medical records. Prompt, accurately and fully complete and submit all required forms associated with the submission of claims by hospital seeking payment for physician’s professional services. Attend medical staff meetings and conferences in accordance with medical staff by-laws, as well as on-campus meetings and conferences that hospital reasonably deems appropriate for the fulfillment of physician’s duties. Work cooperatively with other physician and non-physician employees. Assist in reviewing, developing and implementing revisions to hospital’s quality assurance, quality improvement and related programs, and in connection with budgets and other reports relating to the Clinic Division and physician’s practice. Serve as supervising physician or backup supervisory physician for one or more physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other health professionals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have (1) graduated with a degree in doctor of medicine, (2) must have completed 1 year internship training in Internal Medicine, 3 years residency training in Internal Medicine, and 1 year fellowship training in Diabetes, and (3) must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado. Start date: 2/5/2007. Salary $145000.00

Laboratory

  • Lab AideFull time position available. Must have phlebotomy, computer skills and excellent phone and customer sevice skills.

Nutrition Services

  • Dietetic Tech:Full time position available. Variety of responsibilities in both clinical and food service area. Associates degree or bachelors. DTR eligible. Thorough knowledge in nutritional assessment, nutrient-medication interactions, government regulatory guidelines and quantity food production is required.

Physical Therapy

  • Speech Language Pathologist:Full time position with benefits. MA or MS, SLP CCC, National Certificate.SLP is responsible for administration and direct application of treatment and modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. The SLP evaluates plans, directs and treats all patients referred for speech/language. The SLP completes pathology treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Assists patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine “normal” life within the constraints of their disability.
