Why ROMP?

  • It is exclusively an occupational medicine program designed to meet the needs of employers and employees.
  • It is structured to reduce workers’ compensation through a managed care program to reduce medical care units and lost time.

What is ROMP?

  • ROMP is a San Luis Valley based health care system dedicated to occupational medicine and staffed by professionals chosen for their expertise in and commitment to treatment of injured workers.
  • Selected by Pinnacol to be their SelectNet provider in the San Luis Valley.

What Services are Avaliable?

  • Primary Care
  • Specialists
  • Physical Therapy (Including Functional Capacity Testing)
  • Laboratory
  • Radiology
  • Hospital inpatient services
  • Emergency room services, Case Management
  • In-patient and Out-patient surgery
  • Physician and Administrative team.

When are Services Avaliable?

  • 7 days a week and 24 hours per day.
  • Wait time for appointments or walk in care is minimal.

What are the Goals of ROMP?

  • Provide injured workers with the right amount of care at the right time and safely return the employee to work as quickly as possible.
  • Provide employers within 24 hours of visit, the status of employees’ condition.
  • Provide easy access to medical care and quick answers through the care manager.
