Findley West, RN

Findley West, RN, works in the allergy clinic with Dennard Ellison, MD, ENT. She obtained her RN in Edinburgh, Scotland, and her SCM (midwife) and HV (health visitor) certification in Manchester, England. She has been a nurse for 42 years, the last 12 as an allergy nurse in the San Luis Valley.

Through her medical career she has worked in hospice, psychiatric nursing, public health, and as health educator, program manager, clinic coordinator and a school nurse. She chose to work in the valley because, she says, "It's my home. I love the people here, my patients and colleagues."

Away from the office, Findley likes to read, dance, take long walks and do theatre.
