ONCOLOGY STAFF

Helen has extensive experience in the nursing field and as a nurse fighting against cancer. She obtained her ASN at University of Southern Colorado and her BSN at University of New Mexico. She has served as a hospice nurse, director of healthcare services, chemotherapy nurse, and founder of Day-by-Day (cancer support group). She is a member of the Oncology Nurses Association.

Rob graduated from the Kansas University School of Pharmacy in 1986. In 2002 he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Kansas University. He previously worked on a hospital oncology unit in Kansas City, specializing in pain & symptom management and end-of-life care.

Loretta, a San Luis Valley native, has over seven years experience as a pharmacy technician at the hospital’s pharmacy. She became a Certified Pharmacy Technician six years ago. Loretta has extensive training in the safety and preparation of IV’s and therapy medications.
